興梵寺位於中國山西省祁縣東觀鎮東觀中學內，2006年被列為第六批全國重點文物保護單位。
興梵寺始建於北宋天聖三年（1025年），原址位於東觀鎮西管村，清康熙二十六年（1687年）遷於現址，現僅存大雄寶殿，為宋代原構。大殿面闊五間，進深六椽，單檐歇山頂。[1]
