UNI全球聯盟（英語：UNI Global Union），前稱工會網絡國際（Union Network International，縮寫為UNI），是一個全球性的服務業領域的各個工會所組成的全球工會聯合會。它的總部設在瑞士尼永。它旗下的工會共涵蓋150多個國家的2000多萬會員。
