光腐蝕，是一種化學腐蝕過程。
其具體是指，具有光催化能力的半導體在光照下不穩定，發生光反應的同時存在不同程度的腐蝕現象，特別通過向反應體系中注入氣相氧進一步證實，在光照下氧氣會大量被半導體微粒吸收而使半導體材料氧化。[1] [2]
