他曾經是2014年冬季奧林匹克運動會[3][4]、2017年亞洲冬季運動會[5]、2022年北京冬奧會的伊朗旗手。
侯賽因·薩韋·謝姆沙基在2015年亞洲高山滑雪錦標賽上獲得迴轉金牌[6]和大迴轉銀牌，創下伊朗紀錄[7] 。
2022年2月，侯賽因·薩韋·謝姆沙基成為首位在2022年北京冬奧會上興奮劑檢測呈陽性的運動員，他因此被停賽。[8][9]
