價格接受者（Price taker），又稱受價者，是經濟學中的一個術語，指在市場中的每一個人（買者或者賣者），他們所面對的價格都是由市場給定的，也就是經過市場供需調整後的均衡價格。通俗一點說，將市場的價格當作自己的購買價或者售出價的個人。
