付緒銀（1965年5月—），男，天津薊縣人，中國政治人物。現任交通運輸部副部長，兼中國海上搜救中心主任、交通運輸部海事局局長。
生平
1987年參加工作，長期在交通部財務司任職。2003年獲得武漢理工大學管理科學與工程專業碩士學位[1]。
2005年12月，任交通運輸部長江航務管理局長江航道局副局長兼總會計師。2009年6月，任交通部救助打撈局副局長。2012年至2015年，任交通運輸部財務司副司長。2015年，任交通運輸部長江航務管理局長江航道局局長。2021年4月，任交通運輸部長江航務管理局局長[2]。2022年11月，任交通運輸部黨組成員[3]。2022年12月，任交通運輸部副部長[4]。2023年5月，兼任交通運輸部海事局局長[5]。
