中國科學院海洋研究所，簡稱中科院海洋所。是位於中華人民共和國山東省青島市的一所科研機構，始建於1950年[1]，主要從事海洋科學相關研究工作。與國內外多所科研院所保持合作關係[2]，經常進行海洋考察作業[3]，擁有眾多科研項目[4]和科研成就[5][6]。在青島、天津[7]等地均建設有項目基地。目前其總部位於青島市市南區南海路7號。
