上海法學院，原名上海法科大學，成立於1926年，位於上海江灣路547號，辦學宗旨是培養造就政法及財經人才。上海法學院曾開設法律、政治、經濟、會計及銀行等科系。上海戰役後，上海法學院被撤銷，分別併入上海財經學院和上海學院等院校。 [1]
