小格拉咸·蒂利特·艾利森（英語：Graham Tillett Allison, Jr.，1940年3月23日—）為美國哈佛約翰·F·甘迺迪政府學院教授、首任院長，政治學者、外交政策分析家與國際關係理論家，提出「修昔底德陷阱」一詞。[1]曾擔任美國總統隆納·雷根國防特別顧問，之後於美國總統比爾·克林頓任內擔任國防計劃助理部長[2]。

其2010年後提出的詞彙「修昔底德陷阱」廣為世界所知，指一個新崛起的大國必然要挑戰現存大國，而現存大國也必然來回應這種威脅，這樣戰爭變得不可避免。這一概念來自修昔底德（《伯羅奔尼撒戰爭史》的作者）的名言：「伯羅奔尼撒戰爭的無可避免，肇因於斯巴達對雅典崛起的恐懼。」[3]他認為中美關係可能正在面對這一階段。
