CpG寡去氧核苷酸(英語:CpG oligodeoxynucleotides,CpG ODN)是短的單鏈DNA分子,其序列包含一個胞嘧啶去氧核苷酸 ("C"),緊接着一個 鳥嘌呤去氧核苷酸 ("G"),"p"是指兩者之間的磷酸二酯鍵連結。當CpG寡去氧核苷酸處於未甲基化的狀態時,可以作為免疫增強劑[1]。未甲基化的CpG ODN是一種病原相關分子模式,因為其在脊椎動物的基因組中很稀有,而在微生物的基因組中很豐富。[2]。CpG ODN是公認的模式識別受體(PRR)Toll樣受9(TLR9)的配體,TLR9隻在人類和其他較高的靈長類動物的B細胞和漿細胞樣樹突狀細胞(pDC)中表達。[3]
