鮑志強（1949年2月—），男，山東膠州人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中國共產黨黨員。遼寧大學經濟系政治專業畢業，中共中央黨校社會主義專業在職研究生學歷。
生平
歷任共青團遼寧省委副書記、書記，遼寧省旅遊局局長，中共朝陽市委書記，中共泰安市委副書記、代市長、市長、市委書記，中共濟南市委副書記、副市長、代市長、市長等職。2007年2月當選山東省人大常委會副主任[1]，2011年2月因到任職年限辭職[2]。
