馬輝（1968年4月—），山東萊州人，中華人民共和國外交官，曾任中華人民共和國駐古巴共和國特命全權大使[1]，現任中共中央對外聯絡部副部長。
生平
1990年進入中共中央對外聯絡部工作，先後在中聯部一局（亞洲一局）、駐英國大使館、中聯部七局（美大北歐局）任職，期間掛職陝西省彬縣副縣長一年。2003年，任中聯部七局副局長。2011年，升任七局局長。2017年，任駐英國大使館公使。2021年7月，出任中華人民共和國駐古巴大使[2]。2023年12月，任中共中央對外聯絡部部長助理[3]。2024年6月，自駐古巴大使離任[4]。
2024年8月，任中共中央對外聯絡部副部長[5]。
家庭
已婚，有一子。
