陳輝（1963年11月—），河北文安人，中國人民解放軍空軍中將。
曾任空降兵第43師政治委員。2010年3月，任空軍指揮學院副政治委員。2016年1月，任南部戰區空軍紀委書記[1]。2020年9月，任空軍紀委書記[2]。2021年8月，轉任戰略支援部隊航天系統部政治委員。
2011年7月，晉升空軍少將軍銜。2020年9月，晉升中將軍銜[3]。
