鄧本太（1956年12月—），男，藏族，青海共和人，中華人民共和國政治人物。青海省民族學院（今青海民族大學）中文系漢語言文學專業畢業，中共中央黨校函院經濟管理專業在職研究生學歷。
生平
1980年7月加入中國共產黨。歷任青海省貴德縣縣長，共青團青海省委副書記、書記、中共果洛州委副書記、副州長、州長、州委書記，青海省省長助理、省政府副秘書長等職。2001年11月任青海省人民政府副省長[1]。
