昌國公趙柄（1122年—1132年），宋朝宗室。
宋朝第八代皇帝宋徽宗趙佶的第三十子[1]，生年在在1122年[2]，生母不詳。宣和四年五月初五壬戌（1122年6月10日），宋徽宗封子趙柄為昌國公[3]。隨後靖康之變爆發，趙柄等宋徽宗幾個幼子都沒有來得及封王爵。紹興二年（1132年）十月廿八日，昌國公趙柄在五國城去世[4]。
