生平
趙氏生卒年、諡號待考，初封榮嬪，於嘉靖十八年閏七月初十（1540年4月16日）生皇八子均思王朱載𰉬。趙氏封榮妃。《明史》記載為趙榮妃，但《明實錄》中無此人，《明書》等載為趙榮嬪，疑趙榮妃即為趙懿妃（待考）。
