譚瑩（1800年—1871年），字兆仁，號玉生，廣東廣州府南海縣（今屬廣州市白雲區江高鎮沙龍村）人。清代官員、文學家。
道光二十四年（1844年）舉人。官化州訓導，升瓊州府儒學教授。工於駢文，搜輯粵中文獻，協助友人伍重曜，刊刻《嶺南遺書》、《粵雅堂叢書》、《樂志堂集》。
