謝伊姆昌（俄語：Сеймчан，羅馬化：Seymchan）是俄羅斯馬加丹州的市級鎮、中坎區行政中心，地處馬加丹州中部，在州府馬加丹北偏東方。同名河流流經該地東北側，並在不遠處匯入科雷馬河。
謝伊姆昌由當地雅庫特人始建於17世紀，名稱來自於雅庫特語，意為「冰間湖」。1953年設市級鎮。該地2021年人口有1,977人[1]；2010年人口2,818[2]；2002年人口3,725[3]；1989年人口9,963[4]。
氣候
謝伊姆昌屬於副極地氣候，冬季嚴寒，極端低溫可達-59.1攝氏度；夏季溫和短暫，但也曾記錄到36攝氏度以上的高溫。
