褚師段（？—？），子姓，名段，字子石，是宋共公的兒子[1]，宋平公的弟弟。
前551年冬季，魯國司徒季武子前往宋國，回報向戌的聘問。褚師段迎接季武子讓他接受宋平公的享禮，季武子賦了《常棣》的第七章和最後一章。[2]
褚師段的後裔以其字子石為氏，立石氏，也是後世石姓的來源之一。
