血液灌流（英語：hemoperfusion），是一個用於從病人血液裡分離有毒物質的醫療過程。治療是用抽水設備將病人大量的血液抽出體外，然後通過固態過濾劑過濾。常用的吸附物質是活性炭和樹脂。

其主要用途包括在緊急情況下從血液清除藥物或毒物 ，消除腎功能衰竭患者血液中的有毒物質，並作為對肝臟移植後患者的支持治療。
