蔡道人（?—?），南陳末年隋朝初年括州樂安縣（今浙江省仙居縣）人。
江南自從東晉以來，刑法寬大，執行不嚴，世族凌駕於寒門庶族之上。隋滅南陳以後，婺州汪文進、越州高智慧、蘇州沈玄儈起兵造反，都自稱天子，設置百官。蔡道人、蔣山人李枝、饒州人吳世華、永嘉人沈孝徹、泉州人王國慶、杭州人楊寶英、交州人李春等都自稱大都督，隋文帝命楊素為行軍總管，率軍前去討伐。汪文進任命蔡道人為司空，守樂安，汪文進、蔡道人全都被楊素率軍平定。
