前469年五月，越國的皋如、舌庸、魯國叔孫舒、宋國樂茷帶兵送衛出公回國。衛出公不敢進城，護送衛出公的聯軍退兵，衛國立了衛悼公，衛出公最後死在越國。前468年春，越王勾踐派舌庸來魯國聘問，商談邾國土田的事，協議以駘上作為魯、邾兩國的邊界。二月，季康子、孟武伯、叔孫文子都跟隨魯哀公前去平陽與舌庸結盟，季康子對國君和三卿與越國大夫結盟感到恥辱，後悔沒有召子貢前來。
