自由（葡萄牙語：LIVRE）是葡萄牙的一個政黨，以前也稱作自由/該前進了[1]。該黨成立於2014年1月31日，同年3月20日成為註冊政黨。該黨的政治立場是中間偏左至左翼。該黨的意識形態是生態社會主義、社會民主主義、民主社會主義、親歐洲主義。該黨的發言人是Rui Tavares。該黨是綠黨/歐洲自由聯盟和歐洲綠黨的成員。
