肚帶是圍繞在騾馬等牲畜的肚子下邊的皮帶或短繩，兩頭綁在攀繩上，用來把鞍子等緊系在背上，防止車體後撅。肚帶防止馬鞍滾翻，是騎乘人生命安全的保障。肚帶在中醫里又指臍帶，出自楊子建《十產論》礙產論。
