美國聯邦哥倫比亞特區巡迴上訴法院[1]（United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit、D.C. Circuit、引用時縮寫為 D.C. Cir.）是美國的13個聯邦上訴法院之一。其對美國哥倫比亞特區聯邦地區法院擁有上訴管轄權。
該聯邦巡迴上訴法院有8位現任法官，都位於哥倫比亞特區華盛頓。
該院可直接審查首都各聯邦政府機構的政策法規和決策，不必如其他法院般等待上訴。根據《美國行政程序法》，該院還可直接受理涉及其他行政機構的行政訴訟案件。[2]
