菌紫質，或細菌視網膜紫質、紫膜質（英語: bacteriorhodopsin）是一種利用視黃醛的光反應性驅動轉移質子，從而創造膜內差來實施能量變換的膜蛋白。由六支長約25殘基的α螺旋平行組成。[1]
