穆斯坦綏爾一世（阿拉伯語：منصور المستنصر1192年2月17日—1242年12月5日），阿拔斯帝國第三十六代哈里發，1226年至1242年在位。他是前任哈里發查希爾之子。

穆斯坦綏爾於1226年父親去世後繼位。穆斯坦綏爾在位期間，創立穆斯坦綏爾伊斯蘭學校，它是如今的穆斯坦綏爾大學的前身。1242年去世，由兒子穆斯台綏木繼位。
