石齊平（1946年—），籍貫浙江、出生於台北，國立台灣大學經濟學系畢業和經濟研究所碩士。曾任海基會副秘書長、東海大學經濟系教授、東吳大學經濟系教授、中國文化大學經濟系教授[1]，現為鳳凰衛視時事評論員[2]、《商業周刊》主筆。
目前時常在鳳凰衛視《時事開講》、《金石財經》、《新聞今日談》、《時事直通車》等節目中進行時事評論，並擔任鳳凰衛視《石評大財經》主持人。
