着色桿菌科（學名：Chromatiaceae），是着色菌目的一科光合細菌。有12個屬，其中有8個屬是19世紀就描述過的，是人們認識最早的一類光合細菌。細胞有球形、卵形、杆狀、弧形或螺旋形。
