白希（1961年12月—），男，滿族，遼寧新民人，中華人民共和國政治人物，現任中國科學技術協會科普部部長。中國政法大學法律系法律專業畢業，吉林大學行政學院政治學理論專業博士在職研究生學歷。
生平
1983年7月參加工作，1985年1月加入中國共產黨。歷任中國政法大學助教、講師、副教授，共青團中央學校部處長、副部長、宣傳部副部長、維護青少年權益部部長、學校部部長、全國學聯秘書長，中共廣西壯族自治區黨委副秘書長、辦公廳副主任等職。
2006年8月，任中共賀州市委副書記兼市委黨校校長，2008年8月任代市長，同年9月正式當選[1]。2014年2月，當選來賓市長[2]。
