瑞麗壩是雲南省德宏傣族景頗族自治州瑞麗市的一個盆地，面積174.76平方千米，海拔779米，屬河谷衝擊壩，由瑞麗江衝擊形成[1]:232。根據中華人民共和國第二次全國土地調查，瑞麗壩面積佔全市面積的20.79%，壩區耕地面積佔全市耕地面積的64.25%[2]。
