王征（1959年1月—）河北景縣人，中國人民解放軍海軍中將。

曾任空軍政治部宣傳部部長，2012年出任中國人民解放軍空軍研究院政委。2014年11月，調任濟南軍區空軍政治部主任[1]。2016年1月起，擔任濟南軍區空軍善後辦政委、北部戰區空軍政治工作部主任等職。2018年5月，升任海軍政治工作部主任，躋身副戰區級[2]。2019年6月，晉升海軍中將[3]。2022年6月轉任海軍副政治委員。
