生平
1979年12月參加工作，歷任中共祥雲縣委常委、宣傳部長，共青團大理州委書記、州青聯主席等職。2004年6月任中共劍川縣委副書記、劍川縣人民政府代縣長，2005年1月當選縣長。2006年1月任中共劍川縣委書記。2006年9月任中共大理州委常委、宣傳部長。2013年2月任大理州人民政府副州長。2015年6月任雲南省人民政府副秘書長。[1][2][3]2017年4月任雲南省安全生產監督管理局局長、黨組書記[4][5]。2018年10月任雲南省應急管理廳廳長、黨組書記[6]。2019年12月任中共迪慶藏族自治州委書記[7][6]。2020年5月18日，當選迪慶州人大常委會主任[8]。2023年1月14日，當選雲南省政協副主席[9]。
