生平
1939年3月起，先後任晉西南新軍二縱隊游擊第四團指導員，晉綏軍區八分區政治部統計組織幹事，延安中央辦公廳秘書處科員等。1940年，加入中國共產黨。第二次國共內戰期間，先後任湖北省羅田縣七區區委書記、羅田縣公安局局長等。1950年3月起，先後任湖北省黃岡縣公安局局長、新洲縣縣長，中南行政委員會林業局處長，中華人民共和國林業部處長、森林保護司副司長[1]。1978年3月任國家林業總局黨組成員、副局長。1979年5月，任中華人民共和國林業部副部長[2]。1983年5月19日至1990年12月，擔任中央綠化委員會副主任。1990年12月離休。2017年11月11日，在北京病逝，享年94歲[3]。
