汪先永（1967年7月—），安徽太湖人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
生平
1988年5月加入中國共產黨，1989年7月，北京師範大學教育系教育管理專業畢業。之後供職於北京市委教育工委。1992年至1994年，擔任北京市委教育工委幹部處副主任。1994年12月至1998年6月，擔任主任。1998年至2007年8月，擔任北京市政府辦公廳秘書。2007年8月至2008年11月，擔任中共北京市委副秘書長、辦公廳秘書[1]。2008年11月，擔任北京市密雲縣委書記。2015年12月，擔任北京市密雲區委書記[2][3]。2017年3月，擔任中共北京市豐臺區委書記[4][5][6]。2019年5月，其職務由徐賤雲接任[7]。其後出任北京市委政法委副書記[8]。
