梅蘭坊是上海市黃浦區中部的一處新式石庫門里弄，即黃陂南路596弄，北鄰復興中路，南鄰合肥路。
梅蘭坊包括70幢樓房，建於1930年。以業主吳梅溪、吳似蘭命名。
梅蘭坊被列為上海市第四批優秀歷史保護建築[1]，屬於衡山路-復興路歷史文化風貌區。
