林准（1927年—1996年），原名林彬官，男，福建長樂人。中華人民共和國大法官。
生平
1940年，畢業於長樂吳航中心小學，1941年考入福建省立福州中學。1948年，入學華北人民大學，之後供職於華北人民政府，後擔任最高人民法院研究室研究員、研究室主任。1982年5月，任最高人民法院副院長[1]。1991年，任中國法學會副會長[2]。
