朔州，是南北朝的州。
西魏文帝大統十一年（545年）置朔州，治所在今甘肅省慶陽市。轄境相當今甘肅省環江中上游地區。北周武帝保定元年（561年）改為周武防，隋文帝開皇三年（583年）改為合川鎮。開皇十六年（596年）置慶州，隋煬帝大業三年（607年）改慶州為弘化郡。
