生平
湖廣鄉試第七十九名。弘治九年（1496年）丙辰科進士[1][2]，正德三年（1508年）出為廣東廣州府知府[3]。正德七年（1512年）改廣西梧州府知府[4]。
家族
曾祖曹仕仁；祖父曹榮啟，曾任都司事；父曹章，曾任都昌主簿，母蒙氏[5]。
