曹慶（？—567年），南朝陳將領。
曹慶原是王琳部將，蕭莊任命他為左衛將軍、吳州刺史。王琳兵敗，曹慶降南陳。陳文帝讓它隸屬於湘州刺史華皎，官至長沙郡太守。陳廢帝光大元年（567年），湘州刺史華皎聯結北周、後梁謀反，曹慶參與，兵敗被殺。
