強富朝（1944年2月—2023年4月10日），陝西乾縣人，中國人民解放軍正軍職退休幹部，曾任海軍南海艦隊副政委兼海軍南海艦隊航空兵政委。

生平
強富朝1964年9月入伍，1967年1月加入中國共產黨。歷任戰士、班長、排長、幹事、副科長、副部長、處長、師政委，海軍南海艦隊航空兵政治部主任、副政委等職。
