張小康，中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官。生於上海，祖籍浙江鎮海。父親華健。
2000年，擔任中華人民共和國駐愛爾蘭大使。2007年，接替張雲，擔任中華人民共和國駐新加坡大使[1]。2010年，由魏葦接任。
