貞觀五年（631年）以党項羌族部落置，治所不詳，約在今四川省若爾蓋縣境內。後地入吐蕃，州僑治慶州（治所在今甘肅省慶城縣）境內。旋廢。貞觀十年（636年），領相雞縣。
