崇壽寺塔位於陝西省渭南市蒲城縣城內，又稱北寺塔，1957年被列為第二批陝西省文物保護單位，2013年被列為第七批全國重點文物保護單位。

崇壽寺早已被毀，僅存諸佛舍利寶塔。塔建於北宋紹聖三年（1096年），系密檐式磚塔，平面呈方形，共十三層，高45米。[1]
