尹建業（1963年12月—），雲南大理人。男，白族。中華人民共和國政治人物。1986年7月參加工作，1985年6月加入中國共產黨。雲南農業大學園藝系果樹專業畢業，昆明理工大學管理與經濟學院企業管理專業在職研究生學歷，管理學碩士。
生平
曾任共青團雲南省委統戰部部長；雲南省供銷社主任助理、秘書長、副主任；雲南省人民政府副秘書長，省審計廳廳長；中共大理白族自治州州委書記等職。2013年1月至2015年10月，任雲南省人民政府副省長、黨組成員（其間2013年8月至2015年10月，兼任中共雲南省委政法委副書記）[1]。
2015年10月，任江西省人民政府黨組成員[2]，11月任江西省人民政府副省長[3]。2016年11月，任中共江西省委常委[4]、省委政法委書記[5]。2017年3月，辭任江西省副省長[6]。2021年11月，不再擔任中共江西省委常委。翌年1月，當選為江西省政協副主席。[7]
