晉侯奚齊（前665年—前651年），姓姬，名奚齊，春秋時晉獻公之子，驪姬所生。
驪姬美艷善媚，生奚齊，深得晉獻公寵愛，對她言聽計從，驪姬有意廢嫡立庶，迫走重耳、夷吾，設計陷害太子申生，策劃立奚齊為國君，之後晉獻公又聽進驪姬的讒言，廢殺太子申生，又盡逐群公子，欲立其為嗣，是為驪姬之亂。獻公病危，囑託大夫荀息攝政，助奚齊繼位，獻公死後，晉國內亂，十四歲的奚齊成為國君，但才沒幾天，奚齊就被大臣里克殺死。
