塞公（老撾語：ເຊກອງ）是老撾南部城市，也是塞公省省會，設立於1984年。由於班蓬有許多未爆彈，使得當地成為不適合人類生活的地區，因此當地政府決定設立塞公市。[1]地理位置臨近布拉萬高原。人口5000人。多少數民族。
