圖巴拉爾人或土巴拉爾人（俄語：Тубалары，Tubalar），亦作圖巴人（俄語：Туба，Tuba），是一個生活在俄羅斯阿爾泰共和國的突厥語民族，主要集中於喬伊斯基區和圖羅恰克斯基區。圖巴拉爾人過着傳統的狩獵生活，直到俄羅斯人到來後才開始務農。[1]
圖巴拉爾人在沙俄時期被稱作黑韃靼，在蘇聯時期被劃入阿爾泰人，[2]直到2000年才被政府承認為獨立民族。圖巴拉爾人在2010年約有2000人，其中只有200多人說圖巴拉爾語。[3]圖巴拉爾語亦被認為是阿爾泰語的一種北部方言。[4]
