國家人類基因組研究所（英語：National Human Genome Research Institute，縮寫NHGRI）是美國國家衛生院（National Institutes of Health，NIH）的下屬研究所，位於馬里蘭州貝塞斯達。NHGRI最初為NIH的負責籌辦國際人類基因組計劃（Human Genome Project，HGP）的辦公室，1989年成立[1]。
