周光耀（1935年12月13日－），為中國工程院院士，無機化學工程專家。浙江省鄞縣人。1954年畢業於杭州化工學校（今浙江工業大學）無機物工藝專業[1]。1961年畢業於大連工學院（今大連理工大學）。
